Hi Everyone!
When the new catalogue launched I was super excited to not only see all of the new products but to also see all of the new ideas. Page 121 had this super cute treat holder that I was dying to make, but for the life of me I could not figure it out!! Thanks to fellow U.S demonstrator Connie Stewart with her quick video and instructions last night I was finally on my way!. These guys are just adorable, don't you think? Inside they hold a nice little Ghirardelli square, or 2 Hershey's nuggets.
I made these using pieces of card stock from the new In Colors collection for 2013-2015- Strawberry Slush, Crisp Cantaloupe, Coastal Cabana, Pistachio Pudding, and Baked Brown Sugar ( dont those colors just sound yummy!?!) I stamped the background with the Madison Avenue stamp set that was from Sale a Bration 2013, using the coordinating ink pads. Tied them up with some white seam binding ribbon, and added a little rose embellishment ( which I created from Stampin' UP!'s Simply press clay) on 2 of them.
Stay tuned for instructions on how to make these little guys..
Happy Stamping!
